Bancroft-Rosalie School is a Data Dashboard pilot district

-->
What is a Dashboard?

A dashboard is a visual display of the most important information needed to achieve one or more objectives; consolidated and arranged on a single screen so the information can be monitored at a glance.

Ten school districts have committed to participating in the pilot process, including:
  • Bancroft-Rosalie Community Schools
  • Fairbury Public Schools
  • Neligh-Oakdale Schools
  • Ponca public Schools
  • South Sioux City Community Schools
  • Boone Central Schools
  • McCook Public Schools
  • Omaha Public Schools
  • Scottsbluff Public Schools
  • Valentine Community Schools
The Plan of Work for piloting development and implementation of the Nebraska data dashboard will occur between the months of September 2013 and December 2014.

Joy Nolting will serve as system administrator and data steward. Educational Service Unit #2 is partnering with Bancroft-Rosalie School on this project.

Here is what the dashboard would look like to a teacher. All of their students information would be available on the computer screen so that the data can be used for educational decision making.
