The Bancroft-Rosalie Board of Education met Monday,
September 10, 2018
at 7:30 pm in Bancroft. Two public hearings were held prior
to the regular
monthly meeting. The first hearing was the 2018-19 school budget
hearing,
followed by the Property Tax Request hearing.
During the regular board meeting, Superintendent Cerny
presented the August
transportation report, 2019 valuations, the Enrollment
Option report, School
Board Association area and state meetings, and the
Technology Insurance Policy.
In new
business, the board approved the 2018-19 school budget as published.
The
General Fund tax rate was set at 0.7439, the Building Fund levy was set
at
0.0144 and the Qualified Purpose Fund levy was set at 0.0072.
The
board approved amended policies 0412 Ages of Attendance and
0742.4 Procurement
Plan-Food Service.
