Extended School Closing Plan

School Closing
No School through March 27 based on recommendation for all schools in ESU2 area.
No school activities, including practices, for two weeks.

Office Hours
The school office will remain open 8:00 am- 4:00 pm Monday-Friday.

Student Learning
All K-12 students will have E-Days. Preschool will receive packets of activities.

Teachers in grades 7-12 will communicate directly with students regarding daily/weekly coursework.
Pre-6 teachers will communicate with parents regarding daily activities assigned.
We are still making decisions on delivery of special education services.
No travel to P2T in West Point for BR students.

Food Service
The school has applied for approval to provide pre-12 students a free breakfast and lunch each day. The menu will be announced and families are asked to contact the school each morning by 9:00 am to order a meal. Bancroft residents can pick up the meals between 11:00 am- Noon and families living outside of Bancroft can have meals delivered between 11:00- Noon each day. 

State Testing
Bancroft-Rosalie is suspending all state testing for three weeks.

Internet Access
Parents need to let the school know if you do not have reliable internet access from home. We can arrange times for students to have a room in the school building during the day to complete assignments. All rooms will be thoroughly cleaned before and after they are used.

School Activities Cancelled or Postponed:
District and state speech, State FBLA, State FFA, State SkillsUSA, State HOSA, all sporting events through March 27.

If Prom is held as scheduled on April 4, there will be no outside dates allowed. This would change if Prom is postponed to later in the year.
