Valuations rise in Cuming, Thurston and Burt counties

These numbers come from the Nebraska Department of Revenue website and are county averages. The Bancroft-Rosalie School District property valuations will not increase exactly by these percentages, but can be used to estimate the new valuations for the 2013-14 school year.
