Kelsey Larsen was accepted into the Rural Health Opportunities Program (RHOP) at Wayne State College. RHOP is a special cooperative program between Wayne Sate College and the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC).
Kelsey will major in Physical Therapy.
