Bancroft-Rosalie Community School Board News

The December meeting of the Bancroft-Rosalie School Board was
held Monday, December 9, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. in the school library.

Financial Reports
- Cash balance at the end of November was $533,392, up from $343,963
last November

Dr. Cerny presented the following-
- November transportation report
- Staff and Board Christmas Saturday December 14 from 4:00-8:00 at
The Bancroft Fire Hall
- Tax History of Bancroft-Rosalie School
- Bancroft-Rosalie qualifies for summer food program
- Dr. Cerny will be an instructor in the Mwangaza teaching training program
In Tanzania June 12-27.
- Bancroft-Rosalie Elementary received Department of Education rating of Great
- The school is taking applications for custodian/bus driver and assistant cook

Mr. Sjuts reported on
- the semester test schedule
- the Rule 10 Safety visit and the ALICAP insurance building safety audit
- Football play-off financial reports
- issues with the school annual are being resolved

Board Committee reports
- American Civics committee will meet at 7:00 pm on January 13 in the Library.
- The Board reviewed the P2T documents. The Resolution to approve the Joint Public Agency agreement will be on the January agenda.

In new business, the board
- Approved the 2018-19 audit
- Approved the 2017-18 annual report
- Reviewed the school health services program
- Offered the elementary teacher position to Ian Nottlemann
- Accepted the resignations of Deb Bonsall and Roberta Kai
- Completed the evaluation for Superintendent Cerny
