Volunteer Ticket-takers are needed for Thunder By The River in Wisner August 17-18 2018.
Each volunteer is asked to work one 4 hour shift and will receive one free ticket to the tractor pull ($25 value).
Volunteer times start Friday at 2 pm, 4 pm and 5 pm. Saturday starting times are 9 am, 11 am, 3 pm, 4 pm, and 5 pm. For example, signing up for the 11 am Saturday session would mean working from 11 am-3 pm and then attending the tractor pull later that day.
There are five gates, and a paid security guard is stationed at each gate.
Proceeds from the Tractor Pull have been used to fund scholarships to high school Seniors at Bancroft-Rosalie and other local high schools.
