NATIONAL BLUE RIBBON HONORS AWARDED TO FOUR NEBRASKA SCHOOLS

Congratulations to Pender Elementary School. Welcome to the Blue Ribbon Club. Four Nebraska schools have been named as National Blue Ribbon Schools for 2017. The recognition is based on a school’s overall academic performance or progress in closing achievement gaps among student subgroups. The four Nebraska schools were among 342 schools nationwide recognized by the U.S. Department of Education for demonstrating that all students can achieve to high levels.
