Mrs. McPhillips has a baby boy
Mrs. McPhillips, B-R Fifth grade Teacher, gave birth to a baby boy, Isaac Logan McPhillips.
Mrs. Bacon will substitute teach fifth grade while Mrs. McPhillips is on maternity leave.
